How to print my screen or get an image file

To capture images from the platform in order to provide more details during the calls, follow these steps:

1. On the keyboard, press the PrintScreen key. A full-screen image will immediately be copied:
   
   
   
   
2. From the Start menu, open the Paint program:
   
   
   
   
3. With Paint open, press Ctrl + V to paste the captured image.
4. Access the file menu to save the image to your computer.

It is important that the image is saved with the date and time displayed for a more accurate analysis.
