While trading, you may encounter the message:
This asset does not belong to the Exchange you wish to trade, you can send orders only on the assets that correspond to the Exchange you have selected in your ChartTrading or SuperDOM. Click here to learn more.
This warning appears because in Vector it is possible to view the same pair of assets on different Exchanges.
It is possible to visualize the BTC/BRL pair on several Exchanges and use the price information difference between Exchanges to guide your trades, see the example:
However, to send orders on the chart it is necessary that the Exchange selected in your ChartTrading is the same as the pair that is selected on the chart. Note in the image below how the selected pair and the Exchange present in ChartTrading need to be the same:
You can check which Exchange your pair is by looking at the Exchange logo in the upper left corner of your chart, as pictured above.
Note: The simulation account can be traded on any pair on all Exchanges!
If you want to change the pair used, just type the name of the pair (for example BTC/BRL or LTC/USDT) anywhere on the chart, and if you want to change the account used, to switch between the different Exchanges you have registered on the platform, use ChartTrading by clicking on the expansion arrow next to your currently selected account.
