How can I cancel optional modules on my Vector license?

To cancel the subscription of optional modules, please follow the steps below:

• Access https://www.vectorcrypto.com.br/;
• Log in and access My account;
• Select Manage Optionals;
• Choose the module you wish to cancel and select Remove.

The selected module will be cancelled immediately.

Note: The cancellation is immediate when requested within the 7-day regret period and if it is your first subscription to the module. Otherwise, it will be canceled on the next payment due date. The module will be available to use until the end of the subscription.

Important: The non-payment of optional modules' monthly fee does not automatically cancel the subscription.
