Chat is Vector's newest feature for interacting and creating new communities!
With it, you can interact with traders and investors on your platform, create communities and closed conversation groups, as well as share Vector custom settings quickly and dynamically.
To start using Chat , go to View menu Chat - Sidebar.
You will now have the Chat on the left side of your Vector:
By clicking the arrow, you can expand the window and configure user and privacy preferences. If you prefer, you can also go to the menu Tools > Settings > Chat.
In the General tab, you can choose a profile photo, username, and display name.
It is important that you make these settings as they will also impact your privacy settings. You will be able to decide how other users find you within the Chat.
In addition, it is important to note that your email is predefined, according to the email registered with Vector.
It is also possible to configure whether you want to receive or block notifications. If you enable notifications on your platform, you can change the sound of these via Chat Settings as well.
Below, you can modify the folder on your computer where the files received in the tool's chats will be saved.
On the Wallpaper tab, you can choose the theme and background of your messages. You can even use an image saved on your computer as a theme. To do this, just click on "Search Image".
On the Storage tab, the available capacity to save files in the chat will be specified. In used space, you can check how much you are already using and how much storage capacity is left. Below it, you can open the "Media Manager".
You can check your received media.
To delete a file, select it and click "Delete" button in the lower left corner of the manager.
