It's very important to check the stability of the local network.
For this assessment, we recommend the ping test:
1. Hold the Windows key and press R to open the Execute window;
2. Type cmd and press OK. The Windows Command Prompt will open;
3. Type ping www.google.com -t-4
4. Press Enter;
5. Assess the TIME data measured in ms. Beware of oscillations above 30ms or timeout failures, indicating instabilities or partial internet blocks;
In the example above, the test resulted in 38ms, showing that the data upload is undergoing some instability.

You can also check the speed on the platform at Help > Support > System Diagnostics, or on the website fast.com.
